ADVANCED SEARCH: Can't find the item you want? If you are watching for something that hasn't been posted for auction yet, you can enter the item in the Advance Search. The system will notify you when your item is listed.

FEEDBACK: Please leave *appropriate* feedback! We encourage everyone to complete their transactions as quickly as possible and leave appropriate feedback for each other. The easiest way to leave feedback is to open your closed auctions by clicking on the tab that says View Your Closed Won/Sold. Open the auction you wish to leave feedback on, then click on the link that says "View Feedback" for the Seller/Bidder. Your transaction number should be carried into the feedback form. If you do not access the closed auction, you need the auction number from your email notice. You can then Leave Feedback. If you want to View Feedback for another user, you can use that link to do so.
PLEASE NOTE: You may NOT leave more than one feedback on any one auction. Leaving more than one is "system abuse" and may result in account termination.
**Feedback is permanent and will not be removed. You are responsible for your own words. Make sure you really want to leave that negative feedback before you post it. If you are unsure, consult your attorney. Remember that the other party has the right to also post feedback on the transaction. Harsh feedback may result in harsh feedback in return. Once placed, words cannot be replaced or retracted.
We are working on a way to leave feedback responses. We will keep you updated on this feature.
WARNING: False feedback will be considered system abuse and will result in account termination. Do NOT leave feedback for nonexisting transactions.

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD: Your initial password is generated by the site. It will be emailed to you when you register. We highly recommend that you change it immediately to something easier to remember. If you lose your password, you can have the system send a new password to your email address. You can then log in and change your password to something easier to remember. Lost Password?

FORGOT YOUR USER ID: If you can get into your email, you can get your ID. If you lose your User ID, you can have the system send your info to your email address. Lost ID

JUST ME PAGE: Create your own About Me page. The About Me pages are free and you are welcome to link outside of ePagan Auctions to your personal site or e-commerce site. Your feedback is automagically posted to your JustMe page. If you are a seller, your auctions are automagically posted to your About Me page.

UPDATE YOUR INFO: Have you changed email addresses? Moved? Want to change your password? Update Your Registration is the place to do it!

SELLERS UPDATE OR DELETE YOUR AUCTION: To edit or delete a duplicate or incorrect auction, open the auction you wish to change. Click on the seller's link that says "update" in blue text. You will be asked for your ID and password. After you enter that, your auction will be opened. To edit your auction, type your changes in the boxes provided. To delete your auction, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on the link that says "Delete". Your auction will be deleted from our system. Please be certain you have the right auction BEFORE you hit the delete button. The delete function is NOT reversable.
